Founder & CEO
Hi! I’m Kateryna Quinn — Founder and CEO of Uplify, Forbes Next 1000 honoree, and NOCO 30 Under 30 recipient. I moved to the U.S. from Ukraine at 17 on a Division I athletic scholarship and later discovered my passion for marketing.
In 2018, I launched my first agency, ASTASH, and have since worked with over 50 brick-and-mortar and mid-market businesses across the U.S.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my daughter and staying active. Snowboarding is one of my favorite hobbies, along with mountain biking and hiking in the summer. Driving through the mountains and journaling helps me recharge, and I enjoy exploring different cultures through travel, food, and new experiences.

With over 8 years in web development, I focus on building clean, responsive digital experiences. Starting as a full-stack developer, I’ve delivered 40+ successful projects for global clients—now specializing in WordPress and modern frontend tools. My work bridges design and function, aligning perfectly with Uplify’s mission to create intuitive, user-first solutions.
Outside of work, I’ve been getting into street photography—a creative outlet that blends my love for tech, visuals, and exploring new places. I’m still learning, but I enjoy capturing the world through a fresh lens whenever I can.
